So, my insomnia has gotten quite bad lately. I find that no matter what I do, I am asleep until after 2pm most nights. I know that I have to get a routine down, and maybe once I feel like my life isn’t so chaotic and start hitting the gym regularly, it will be okay.

This is my weekend… and I have been in such a state of chaos lately, that I literally had to use the “agenda” to plan my Friday night at home (it will give me a reminder when I am supposed to change tasks, so that was the thinking there). Yes, I had to schedule a time to blog/comment, and to also update the monthly calendar (so J doesn't wonder where the heck I am at night...)
I have also set aside some bigger projects to tackle each week, hoping to finally get things settled (and yes, I have been living in my apt for 6 months already… craziness). There are so many boxes of stuff that we just threw in the different storage areas, and once I get the spare room turned into what it should be, I want to tackle 1 area a week. Then it’s time to decorate for Christmas, which I haven’t done in 3 yrs… I am SO excited!
I know I can’t be the only one who feels like this, and I am hoping some order will help me feel better and sleep better.
Here is the outline I am thinking for J and I:
Sunday: Laundry, Tidy house.
Monday: Work on an outstanding project (organizing rooms/storage items, recipes, etc)
Tuesday: W Overnight
Wednesday: Date Night
Thursday: Nursing home, then work on Legion Materials
Friday: Clean the house
Saturday: Relax until I bartend – Set up blog items for the week, comment on posts.
Hoping that every night other than Tues and Saturday, we can hit the gym about 9pm, then start winding down for bed around 10pm. Hoping to implement this Starting November 1.
So that was a pretty boring post. And even lamer that I am posting it on a Friday night. I am off to start my chores, I seemed to think a 2hr nap in a warm empty house was more in important, and I feel fabulous! I hope you all have a great weekend!
