I def feel like I need some motivation, and you would think that having the amount of money come out of my bank acct each month would be enough, but it's not...
I need to find some motivation to get back to the gym... but I am way too lazy to get up any earlier than remotely necessary in the morning, and I am so tired after work. I also hate going to a new gym alone when it is busy, which is why I haven't gotten to the one right around the corner from our house. I should just stop at the one by work, my old location, after work and just take the long way home. I am seriously hoping to get there tonight... the new gym.
I have also been thinking about running. I have never been a runner... I have crappy knees to start with, and my legs were twisted at birth (think: late walker due to wearing braces on my shoes and holding my feet together until 18months), so they naturally turn out when I run, making it less than flattering. Idk, I think it would be a great way to get in shape, but I worry about the long term effects on my legs and knees.
What do you think, Ladies??
Running isn't easy at first, but it's so good for your body and it's free! (well, other than the running gear.) This is definitely the time to get yourself into the habit of running. The weather is great for running, especially just after sunset.
