So today had it's highs and lows (as does every day)... I was super productive at work, and managed to get every thing done on my massive To Do list. However, I am still playing catch up on some letters that need to go out, so guess what I am working on tonight, from home?? Yuppers...
Then on the way home I decided to follow up on some medical bills that I haven't heard back/need to make payments to... frustrating issues!!! One lady has not responded to my emails since 6/23... so I finally have time to call her (I work the same hours as all of these companies, which means email is the easiest form of contact)... she is now on vacation until next week Monday. I am not frustrated that she is on vacation, everyone deserves one, what gets me is that it is so important that I make my payments, and the fact that she underestimated my payment and then left without taking care of it for 2 weeks is unacceptable to me. And no one else in the place can help me bc she has all of the notes, etc on my acct... GRRR!!!
So that is my gripe session :) Now I am off to find some dinner, find some wine, and start stuffing some envelopes... don't be too jealous :)
I had something similiar happen to me at my dentist. It is so annoying, but you my dear, were much nicer about it I would ask to speak with her boss!
ReplyDeleteYuck, totally stinks to have to take work home and keep working!! But at least you got a lot done today! I really hope you get the bill issue figured out...I would be super frustrated!
