Day 6...

Pretty proud of myself... I wanted to make sure that before Monday I had tackled the spare room and the mountains of laundry in our bedroom... you think I am kidding... Here is the laundry that needed to be done:

(In my defense, I have 2 closets full of clothes, and can go quite some time between laundry.  And at $2.25/load, I tend to make it stretch.  Plus due to my hatred of folding clothes, I am sure some of this may have been clean, but I digress...)

I did it.  Granted, I waited until the 23rd hour and tackled it on my Friday night, but it's done.  You can see the floor in the spare bedroom, I put together a new cube, created a whole tote of things to donate and organized it the best I could.  It is still our "catchall room", but at least I know where everything is in the room.  Our bedroom was fine once I cleaned out all of the laundry, so I feel pretty good.

Monday brings on a week of new projects.  I am going to go through each box in the shed, determine if it is Keep/Donate-Sell/Garbage.  I want to do this before the dreaded s*ow falls.  I know I have lived in my apt for 6mos, and from the looks of it, I will be moving again in 6mos (more on that in another post), but at least there will be some organization when it comes time to move or find things this spring.

I hope you all have had a productive/relaxing weekend as well.  It felt so good not to have to work this weekend, and really take advantage of my free time!
