Alright, Girlies. I have to be honest... remember when I said June 1 was D-Day?? Well, this girl had the best of intentions, bringing salads to work, trying to drink more water, even talking about going for a run.. but I failed. It is the middle of June, and I had fallen off the Bandwagon, and HARD. I didn't get any runs in, and resorted back to fast food, junk, etc.
BUT... I got up this morning, and started some laundry. Then started planning my "going out" outfit for tonight. I am going to wear my white shorts with a dressy top. However, I am not feeling uper-comfortable about my thighs. I have good legs, but I HATE the feeling of my thighs touching, and lets just be honest... they are friends :( So, I decided that I can keep complaining about it, or do something!
So I put on my gym clothes (took some time to find my sports bras!) and located my gym card. Got outside, and decided it was super nice out, why not run outside? I have NEVER ran outside, but thought, "what the hell?" We have a nice trail right by the house, so off I went.
It wasn't bad! I re-started the Couch-2-5k app, and while it wasn't my best run, I got off my ass and did it!!!! Now I am sitting here with a giant jug of water, determined to drink a gallon before I go out tonight (Read these 2 great posts if you want to see what motivated my butt to get my water intake in. FINALLY!), and planning the outfit again.
I am still wearing the shorts. If I wait to wear my clothes that I LOVE until I finally feel my body is perfect for them, I will never wear them!
